Agape - The Greek word "agape" means divine love or unselfish, unconditional love. It is sometimes translated as "charity."

From Matthew 22: (King James Version)

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

He that loveth not, knoweth not God; for God is love. I John 4:8

But the fruit of the Spirit is love... Galatians 5:22
