She means, it's a fixer.
When the Mrs. says, "Honey, ..."
I'm the fixer.
Washer/dryer hookup before...

The refridgerator is 1" too wide. No problem.
Need a lift? New mattress weighs 350 lbs.

Not exactly spiral staircase friendly.

The basement windows are more like wishing wells, with plugged up drains:

Re-hung the gate to the corral,

Built some steps for mounting the horses,

Give the horse feeder to the nay-bors,

and think about where to put the new fences...
The house came with a two-car garage,
but the outside deck that was built required additional support.
A support post was placed right in the middle,
making the garage impractical, if not inaccessible.

We decided to convert the garage into a family room,
and have a garage/shop/barn built on the property...
That's enough for one day. ;-)
