By sunrise, it had warmed up to 2 degress (yes, F.)

As soon as the kids see, or even think they detect
that a human is present, they yell "Ma!" in unison.
What? They think they're going to be fed or something?

Good thing the Mrs. cleaned off the deck yesterday.

Otherwise, this would need to be chiseled off.

Of course, The Inspector was critical of the work.

She muttered something to do with her tail being cold.

This air traffic wasn't nearly as close as it looks.

Within a couple hours, it had warmed into the 20's.

Back to work...

We have this process down to an art.
Just the tools we need:
Tape measure, square, pencil, saw, sandpaper, stain, and brush.
Bow Wrench, dish towel, drill, hammer, fasteners, and nails.
Oh, and a crowbar. But that is used for ice removal.
We don't bend nails anymore.

One of those "glass half-empty, half-full" moments.
Are we really at that "half-way done" stage?

Not sure. But it feels good to be making progress.
