HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
It was a beautiful sunrise, as usual...

Jim and I call it a "Hallmark" day. In reality, we should show our love for our spouse every day!
However, there is my buddy, Connie, who is in the flower business. So lest we put her out of business
let us bow at the alter of Hallmark and FTD once again...
Here we display the pre-orders sorted by city, Coeur d'Alene (CdA) on top, Post Falls on the bottom
and Hayden somewhere in between.

Here is our fearless leader at the start of the day finishing up the pre-orders
and having NO idea what the rest of the day will bring...

Between Paulette (Connie's daughter-in-law) and me we probably delivered sixty to one hundred bouquets
in one LONG day! Glad to be home. But honestly, Connie only had one tiny bucket
of carnations and babies breath left after all the mayhem! We went through over 500 roses!

P.S.: It's no Hallmark day for the Rices, I sent Jim a sampler cheesecake at his Seattle office for
Valentines Day. Three pieces of four different kinds of cheesecake! He's staying in a suite with a fridge,
so he can store it and have a piece of cheesecake every night for the next 12 nights!
I think it might last longer than flowers would, but don't tell Connie!
