Only got about an inch of snow, enough to really mess up the driveway with slush!
Tink's footprints on the deck tell the story.
It's been an interesting morning so far and it's only 8:00am.
Heard a big ruckus outside, dogs barking and clearly upset about something. I figured it was the idiot dog next door
causing problems. So when I looked out the window, here comes a moose running down Hidden Valley with a truck behind him
almost herding him. It was a strange site for sure. When I finally got ahold of the camera he was well down the road but
here it is anyway.
Today is puppy shipping day. Sort of bitter-sweet. After over 4 months of taking care of them,
feeding them, teaching them, grooming them and loving them it all ends as they wave goodbye from the
bed of Rob Davis' duellie. Rob is the transporter I hired to take the puppies to their new homes.
With the weather and screwy airlines and policies, I decided to research alternative shipping methods.
I typed in "puppy shipping" in Google and found a site called "U-Ship." It's sort of like E-bay and they are affiliated.
The shipper (that's me) puts in a bid request for what ever I am shipping and the members bid on it. When it's done
the shipper and the recipient leave the transporter feedback, just like E-bay. Pretty cool actually.
This is #1 girl, Abraham and #3 boy for the last time in their kennel.
Transporter, Rob Davis and his girlfriend, Michelle.
Bye-bye sweet puppies, have a great and productive life! I will miss every one of you!
