Happy Easter !!
It was nice to actually sleep in before going to sunrise service.
I'm usually at work before 6 AM. The service was wonderful, by the way.
The sunrise had a hint of pink, but gray was the predominant color.
Mrs. Hairy Woodpecker.
The pecking order. Frequent fights over the feeder.
The Pine Siskin (carduelis pinus), male.
Heavily striped, with yellow wing bars.
Roastus Primus (yummy)
With Yorkshire pudding, creamed corn, and marinated broccoli.
And lots of rain.
And then pink.
This day had a little of everything.
Salvation, inspiration, hope. New beginnings...
