At O'dark:30, the car pond is still frozen.
It's still in the teens overnight.
During the afternoon some of the snow actually melts.
We have a couple new visitors.
We think this is a Western Bluebird (sialia mexicana), male.
An American Goldfinch (carduelis tristis), male.
Sometimes called a "Wild Canary".
